Al Sharpton Case De Sushi Vid

atheist's Christmas

20.54 Hrs. Today is Christmas. For me, an atheist by conviction. I hate Christmas. I hate people at Christmas. The lunches. Dinners. Relatives. Friends. It 's all packed, like a huge pack that you have to drag you back for three consecutive days. No room for imagination.
I, for example I wanted to walk with him all afternoon with the snow coming down in flakes. Design our lives through the branches of trees. Then heated, with each other. And in the evening, sitting in front of the fireplace, a glass of wine, a good book to read in two already in the air and the smell of after.
But here I write about what I have broken my balls today and how, perhaps for preset or my mindset, chase after the end di questa giornata. Amen.

Birthday Party Names?

Bruce Dickinson - Tears Of The Dragon

How Long Does It Take Abscess

E 'in the shadow projected on the wall in the evening by the lamp
fake ethnic resting on the ground, the smell is
the crumbs and sugar
that remain even when the cake is done,
wrinkle is that you forma sul tuo volto
mentre lei è assorta nelle sue cose.
E' in ogni piccolo dettaglio
di quest'opera incompiuta.

Free Biffy Clyro Mountains Piano Sheet Music

Lou Andreas-Salome

A beautiful poem by Rainer Maria Rilke

I can not remember. But those moments will last with me as pure

at the bottom of a vase too full.
not think of you, but out of love for your
and this gives me strength. Do not invent

in places that now have no meaning without you. Your
not be
is warm you, and it's true, you did not make more
. Nostalgia
often does not distinguish. Why then, if your search

influence on me already feel like a ray of light
moon at the window.

thanks to those who made me discover ...

There comes a time

Sometimes the clouds are gathering and a thunderstorm. You know why it happens but it can not be avoided. The globe is thickened and bursts, inevitably. And you have to wait until it passes away. Or meet him, breathe the rain and find yourself without realizing it to be part of yet another natural disaster.

Sweet Warm Up Songs 2010

Dreaming of Paris - Stefania Bruno

Lump In Gum After Broken Tooth

's three ...

three o'clock. The three and a few small fraction of early anxiety among the clouds. Carved the landscape behind the window, a picture barely autumn, and I aldiqua of what I think of a myriad of streets, cities geometric, the diverse people who walk along the same trail of smoke and music, and as far as a cinema and a bar and then under pancakes in the window just dipped in chocolate icing and fontente forehead and around the corner with neon signs and street lights that turn around to meet the dreams and then the stars, only imagined, but beautiful, beautiful even if it rains and the sounds and entries and run between junctions always looking for something that you do not know what it is, but who cares? is still a story full of detail and although missing the plot that matters? immortalatemi here, between hell and heaven, in this tangle of humanity in motion. Not there, behind that glass always look the same trees and the village, to hear stories that recite nothing, stone dead ...

Sheer Gray Panel Curtains

say you will not be there tomorrow, you're not interested, do not you freaks, not even me. It is not enough I, too low, certainly not enough for you. Not me the added value to any one minute spent away from you, your damn world, closer to my damn world. No, I will not be sad. I understand. Everything is relative. I. Te. Us. It 's just a moment. Do not expect more from selfishness of a man from the abstract of my cynicism. Fa 'what you want. I enjoy it without me and without you. We will have lost a moment of us, but who cares? Quale idialliaca apocalisse...

Misty Mundae Free Watch Online Movies

Worse than that ... :-(

eight days ago I attended, almost by chance, the race montebelluna .
did not know, I've never done (yes, be 'last year with the little I had done the 5km Vico), I had no goals, Only a great desire to run and a pair of new shoes to try.

started strong, as usual, drawn by the athletes on the shortest path, then I rested a couple of miles, finally to close with a nice progression of 5km, to the rhythms of the threshold and beyond. I crossed the finish line without a stopwatch in a good position, and the rest fiondatomi I even forgot to ask someone the time taken.

Monday and Tuesday, but his legs ached and I felt the ground and by Wednesday I felt a bit 'of trouble related to the classic cold imported from kindergarten.
"hey, but on Sunday there the 1 / 2 marathon Musano , the "my" country of adoption ... if I go so I can Tempone "

a cold and do not pass go. Saturday afternoon patrol part of the journey, do the tour of he 11 km. would be prudent to run a good pace so if tomorrow I want to do well? no, but the desire is too much, I turn and step to the sports field to greet mario that lends a hand in the preparations.

Sunday morning I wake up with my nose a bit 'blocked. little matter after a few minutes of heating hath been released for good.
I am going to start just behind the good Lucio (who will win) and a good start. strong, but not too much, after 1 km, rising to 3 degrees 11 minutes. excellent. I then hooked to a woman but in fact increases and the 5th place for path from 11 km. but then I heard the last km I slow down a bit 'and I next to one of the few runner who has done for the half marathon. but that does not go even half a kilometer thick piercing the diaphragm forces me to slow down abruptly and then to stop for a moment. I was 6 °, now I spend a couple of small groups, when the pain increased allotment and resume running around 3:50 per km, hook, without essermene noticed in roberto - vuppauer , but then let him go (we are at 10 °) because the head vague, I can not hold on and legs gradually s' stiffen.
run again until the 14th, then from there: a pain until you reach the finish line with a jog light jogging.
1h25'33 "
not in itself would not suck, but it bothers me because it is much worse than I could do if everything had gone so wrong.

now, while the Pigio keys and I blow my nose runny, they fought:
"enough, the road is not for me"
" quand 'is the next half-marathon? Ah, on 8 November in the country ..."

Jvc Ipod Kaboom Cable

ancient Troy Shaman 2009 - first edition

The year was 2007, sitting at the table in a restaurant, we listened to Daniel Cesconetto reveal his deep sleep: the Ultratrail Cansiglio, a race in the mountains like the ones that until then were organized just beyond the Alps, and that made a journey from the heights Pizzoc northern trip, a clockwise loop between those peaks, those forests and meadows, which hovers still something magical and mysterious.
In those words, in the transcendent gaze was already alive in the Old Troj degli Sciamani.

Anno 2009, mese di settembre, giorno 18, venerdì.
Ore 9.
Ore 16. "Parto, hello. Vico Hello, hello Viola."
17.30. Leave the car in a little road side immediately meet Titian, leading the race to be sure, but to hear him down the form, bruised ... "July - he says - yes and no progress will have two or three times."
trettenere I can not smile because every time it's the same story. "But I'm fine - the answer - and this is my friend, Fabio. Young, but a horse race."
The square of the civic center is packed with people and immediately began this flurry of kisses, hugs, handshakes, pats on the shoulder that makes me fill up with emotion.
We sit in the room to follow the briefing leaflet of the races, our "Shamans of ancient Troy," and the well-known "Ecomaratona of the Cimbri. It starts of course with the latter (indeed before even talking about the mayor and someone else). Gianni De Polo describes in detail the route of the marathon, then ..., then tap all'ultratrail, but nothing, no explanation, only a movie: 10 'of pure emotion, images Cansiglio, Cesco (net) and running partners , and the writer of Savorgnani speaking of that place ("the Ander de Mate" or the mother's cave, inhabited by mysterious forces, and attended by shamans, magicians and hermits!) located at the top of our future trips and to whom we owe the behalf of the Trail.
19 Hours and 30. It 'the time of the pasta party. We move to the football field where he set up a large tent, type festival, whose shelter is located on the stage and several tables and benches. We sit down with Robbie and his brother George, that fulminate "plusplus" and the legendary Cesconetto, wearing proud, but modest, the mesh of the Spartathlon 2008 (of which race finisher!) And that next week will see him again engaged in 'inhuman undertaking to make the trip to Athens-Sparta 246 km non-stop. At the tables around is full of friends and athletes from healthy. Many, almost all are here for the marathon, only a few, but good spirits perloppiù Trail, to the Trojan.
The pasta party is superb. I can not publicly commend the chefs for that tasty sauce with which they peppered the many pasta dishes che ci siamo ingollati (e in più affettati e formaggi!).
Ore 20 e 30.
Maybe sleep now!
Fabio puts the earplugs and succeed, in part a deep sleep and this will continue at the scheduled time.
But I'm there, motionless with eyes closed e. .. will be hot, it will be the emotion, feel the temples throb. Meanwhile, there's also the other athletes, in dribs and drabs, and is a great noise of zip, mattresses and pumps to inflate them, and whispers. Between 22 and 30 and 23 there is finally silent. But do not sleep. Then, magically ...
Sunday 20. A bit 'to singhizzo and two intermediate awakenings, sleep until 2 am when the alarm sounds of David. "But if we get up at 2:30 in that ca .. or need to wake up every half an hour before?". Anyways, ' I follow the example of someone else and take advantage of the dark to change without veils, then go to the bathroom. While free in the bladder with the Turkish I hear the door open "gio62 'intent in ablutions, telling me" I seem to be in the barracks. " I leave the toilet, looking at him, and we exchange a smile.
I'll be back in the room where there is a bit 'dim light, some shape in the shadows between which also, forgive the bluntness, I said, even a nice ass, female ovvimanete.
2:30 am, breakfast. While splamo toast with jam that one that requires me to eat, enter the door a man with a beard. "But you're the writer!" I tell him now, he smiles, mumbles something that I do not understand, he pulls out a bottle termica e ci offre del caffé: wow! Zuccherato: bleah!
Ore 2 e 40.
The check in numerical order. The first (Moreno and companion) and pass the barriers are about to leave, so for them the trail is an experience that has nothing to do with the competition. But amid the laughter of all the facts are recalled and stopped.
4 hours. I see John with his right hand that mimics the number three at the same time I feel it start to count down "three, two, one, parties, e. .. I'll take this first section will" turn and part rocket along the paved road, us behind him. I try to keep your legs in check, who has run several times recommended Fabio! In short meters of asphalt that separates us from the attack of the steps Fabio control, as if to say, "okay?". But even the head of the control group: Caverzan and Gasparini (Titian), the Trentino, we ... and with great amazement I see a Cesconetto legs glistening with oil immediately to the attack, followed by Comrade Walter Poss. Behind us a group of athletes who do not want to know to get off. I was expecting a quiet start, but ... started to bomb.
Turn right on shooting, Gianni greets us wish you a beautiful trail, and start jumping on the stairs going up next to the fountain. Again, I imagined a slower start, I feel the same body, so antelucano on time, it does not really want to push hard to know. I let go the first two pairs and I'm happy to check Cesco-Poss, but here that support me and outweigh us of the two Mercurys (local jogging group, exceptional in some ways which I will discuss later). But I do not feel Fabio and in fact is 50 meters back. Waiting to take advantage of the hairpin. From here the climb is less steep, pass on your right going up the stairs to St. Augusta and take that road corribilissima nice and I did back with the Grand Raid, so I think. Fabio
struggling to keep my pace, no, I am that I struggle to adjust to her. And I have confirmation of a competitive environment. Okay, I'll put me away, finished fifth, who cares. So, after spending just an isolated house in the woods, populated by young revelers and night owls, the look and climb together, up the forest. In a moment we all'Agnellezza and, among other things, and a glimmer of reflective tapes, we go out into the open in the dark of night under a vault of stars shining on a carpet and teeming with artificial lights.
What a sight: I stop, I turn around and admire. Then up again to
path carved into the mountainside. Ahead of us a few flashes from time to time makes me realize that we do not have a big gap to those who withdraws. Then the voices from the woods, startled, but continued. At the back bends north and exit again from the bush. Here is a front approaching me from the side valley, is Caverzan, which plunged me back on the path from the lawn and muttering something. Behind me is a close Titian I let that pass and wait for my partner. Suns insoles, no front, no one behind, finally climb over Pizzoc fork. Here are the organizers were waiting for the pass and greet us. In the dark of night I acknowledge Stefano Cimbro behind the camera and the unique voice of good Pizzol tells me: "you're great." So we set off in the easy road first and then the dreaded walk through the woods. Feared because I remember it well from past editions dell'Ecomaratona is not easy.
But this time it's a different story. Now Fabio is also quiet and spins his legs and when should the "technical", b ', boys, let us boast a bit,' Well, the engineer, "there is not for anyone. "
In the twinkling of approaching two couples ahead of us. The Mercurys and Cesco-Poss. Now it turns sharply right and it slips into a groove in discesa.Il path (if such can be defined !) is a continuous obstacle: wet rocks, mudslides, and slimy branches across. "Hey, Cesco, but I think the way to trace the paths?" and his "this is the trail," but the branches cavarli way you could, right? "," there were no ...", "Yes, behold, he will put the Mazariol." So, between a joke and the other, proceed with caution, but then when I see that I can hardly keep up, I launch into a double-triple-quadruple breathtaking overtaking. It is Fabio con me.
Puntiamo a riprendere il sentiero e sbuchiamo al villaggio cimbro Vallorch of that cross on the heels of Mercurys that had overtaken us. And here, will be 5.45, there is already waiting for their first supporter. The Mercurys is a large group and works extremely well together, a sight all those orange mesh ... But a show is also set to become our nightmare. But all in good time.
And, speaking of the right things at the right time, it seems that here the organization is messed! "Where's the rest?". "It was not to be here the rest?". All four startled continue to run in the first glimmers of dawn. Down again, I think, in the woods and in any case soon after it opens in front of a heavenly vision: the plain Cansiglio caressed the delicate light of the sun that rises, a light veil of fog covers the fields as a quilt with a backdrop of blue ridges of the northern mountain range that we are waiting.
With Fabio chat running relaxed. We speak, of course, of UTMB and its recent withdrawal. Then greet the pastures to return to climb the wooded ridge. Other voices in the darkness, from above, then here Tiziano down from the right, while we ensure you are going up but more to the left. Again has the wrong road, he says, and who knows what went on Caverzan. We climb together, quiet, does not disdain our pace honest. A look at the bottom of the valley: the two orange shirts of our pursuers. But the screams serious first confused, then nidite "Tiziaaanoooo, Tiziaaanoooo ... ..." come from above. And I, without much screaming, "is here, come." Shortly after top of the hill and here Caverzan angry black Tiziano collects and carries it behind a double rhythm of our "I had taken up", I hear him before you see them disappear among the beech trees.
We run quietly, at our pace, without effort, without anxiety and enjoying the scenery. Through pastures, crossed their inhabitants, zigzagging between their droppings, and we adapt to politely open and close the gates. The ground sags and begins to flex gently downwards, stroking her legs turn the lawn in front of us and promises a stunning carousel: Civetta, Pelmo, Marmolada (?).
E Fabio è con me.
When we are on top of the steep ramps see them below, always around 2 '. We are top, flattening, we leave the vegetation, which was restored and we see the step up to Anderson, the last effort through clenched teeth. Fabio takes it hard because the soul is perhaps even more competitive than me. We pass the cavern at the very least disturbing and I wonder why they did not even get to that I have to resist the strong desire to go and explore (and a little 'I'm ashamed, I admit). We salute the volunteers of the control, if I remember correctly we call for caution in the stretch to follow and that will tell us all down 10 km. "Ok, thanks" and down we went, but not before he had given a ultimo sguardo agli atleti del Mercurys che risalgono anche loro su all'Ander.
Ecco, allora, ci lanciamo..., ci cosa? Il dubbio ci blocca e ci costringe a pensare e a tornare sui nostri passi fino all'ultima fettuccia incontrata. "Azz...", "va be', dai..." comunque è un sollievo.
La tranquillizzo: "We have reservations in backpacks, thanks." "Ah, it is well" and leave again. Time to take the path and read the sign that indicates missing, another 12 miles and again we hear the familiar sound of the horns to greet the athletes at our heels. "It 's the last climb," I keep repeating as on other occasions, and once again top of the hill, it clears and then resume rising. Meadows, forest, sun shade, gates and cattle pastures mine-shit, short descents, gravel and Pizzoc high background contrasted by a sky quite a bit 'gray. "Who knows what we go again, who knows what Fabio still endure this ordeal ..." I keep thinking to myself, and every once in a faint voice reminds me of the careful "Emme long view ... ... the situation behind ...". Then like a mirage appears casera Cadolten with this appearance and also a doubt the most atrocious "and now we are blessed or get us to impose the proposed variant of the Echo Cimbri?". Some people turn to them and my question, "Now you go?", "Yes, yes it is all downhill," and as it relates to the zombie that I drag myself from many kilometers. Refreshments. I offer the cola, I think, ... but did not give him time to finish it because I see way over the pass and calmly dived into the dining ... own an orange shirt of Mercurys. "Here, Fabio, let's not go right now that is done." And so we leave the cart in downhill. The road slowly begins to point down arrow when a firm has decreed that we should leave the gut for that path that winds along the bank. "It 's the path of black earth, they were talking about last night at the briefing! there is no doubt, have the final in common with the marathon. Tarverso rambling and lagging in counterslope, then we set off ... or rather I am throwing down in the woods. "Come on Fabio, force" the urge to give up their legs "here on the technical!" and pass the two athletes on the short distance that I too had already passed. We meet a lot of people and the mountain rescue organization, the path is equipped with ropes that serve as a parapet, but non me ne servo tant'è deciso il mio andare.
Then all of a sudden you see the double arch inflatable goal, and I doubt the usual "what is good?", Then Alex, the speaker, that there cheering loudly, about me, but do not listen to what says, but leading an incredible leap into the air. Fabio and I also say that indicates it stressing its greatness, then we join hands and be glad breaking through the line in third position after 9 hours and 50 'circa.Subito handshakes, kisses, and compliments ... Flying an interview granted without too many problems of breath.
For the record: the orange jersey that we pursued in the last descent was an athlete in the marathon, then find out that De Conti and Morandin, which goes all my praise, they too have faced moments of crisis.

Fabio is happy, I know, he wanted more of me at this result and he deserved it more than me. Now he sits on the lawn, then a chair, then on the sidewalk, with Clare, his girlfriend looks at him sweetly. He 's young, he still has to learn things, but ... determination the guy has!

Roby ( cell )

E così all’invito estemporaneo fatto durante il riscaldamento dell’ennesima garetta sulle colline del prosecco ne è seguita una vera e propria trasferta agonistica: un campione mondiale, the son of the champion amateur runner and 2, all four in the same car, nice convenience for charity, but forced on a journey of four hours, after which, however, reveals a breathtaking and heavenly. A wide green valley, a plain and crowned by forests in the midst of which flows a stream. A road that bends left immediately and go where no car, just a couple of houses! And in the middle of this amphitheater and the inflatable arch structures in place for the race the next day.

The air is crisp and the more experienced, the case looks good Lucio, cover immediately, as we find ourselves after a little kid 'to chatter.
Dinner and the evening rush, between a joke and the other, entertaining and relaxing.

sleep at 10 meters from the start is a unique comfort and well in the morning from 6 to 9 we have time to do everything and more: bathroom, breakfast, toilet jokes, preparation, walk, joke, toilet preparations, massage , heating, toilet, preparations ... and finally punching, and briefing ...

deployed in front of women (be 'well, at least a pretty sight), then all of us in the front row with the top, of course . I'm right behind Lucio, a Rambaldini and Melzani , second row listening attentively to the account down and ... GO!

50 meters of tarmac on a slight downhill and bends elbow suffered already left to take the cart that goes into the flat Gaver . I make my way among the maidens politely when I feel almost overwhelmed by a wave of competitors that cut the bend down the grassy bank and fill out the group's head.
Two miles of plain to be run at a good pace and then it was the turn of the climb. He had good reason

Lucio: It is tough but not impossible, he inclines acceptable corribili , except for short stretches, then flatten or riaddolcirsi . Only it is long, very long and my legs will stiffen soon. Has been the departure a bit 'fast? Or the part that does not give oxygen to the muscles? Or the lack of specific training? I do not know is that to slow down a hair, but I'm holding up the zig-zag paths. And in steep recovery in a few feet in front of me what I though I fear a bit, 'I admit that I long train is in hot pursuit, but here are all as of the damned! "Buy sell life dearly" is the phrase, however distasteful, which buzzes in my head until the passage of the Term then, if I remember correctly, the path turns left and again upwards, is at a time share highest of the route: the step Blumone (2.633 m).

But then, like a flash, the image of my kids, takes me back to reality advising proceeding, so clumsy as a citizen, but without anxiety and with common sense. 5 km to 25, the most technical obviously the ones where you can make a difference, where I spend lots of competitors. And I, now resigned, I do every so often by so as not to take any unnecessary risks. Of course up here is a show and the various fields of snow are great fun, especially the one where you can slide down without problems: wow! Go down to the lake

Cow, here's the dam and the bridge that makes us go through the valley, then a little 'up and down again. Then a special experience, with fine white sand between the mountain pines. A lot of people to applaud and to encourage them and then down a slope announced very technical.
But this is within my reach the bottom is of earth and stones to slalom between trees and boulders outcropping . I'll try!
I still passes a competitor, maybe two, but am I going to plan this time, are two specialists . And indeed they are with their recovery 1, 2, 3, then begins a pratone (I always feel more at home) and then launch without fear even though I feel like a heel begins to warm. Step 2 others, including three competitors that I had headed downhill. Then a dirt road, steep and winding, this is my bread recovery 2 other athletes in need. We are down in the plain, but they make us come back for a path in the woods with two short brow , through another athlete, and a little rise aims to finish in the meadow with the arch of the finish line. Here Lucio and Roberto (Roby not, but his son) that I encounter are cheering me on. I'm relaxed, I greet them and ask what happened to Lucio. "Fifth," she says, but I hear in his tone a bit 'of amazement to my question in its own way of seeing time out "Go, run to the finish line that it's over." After a shit I'm terrible in there lawn false floor and against the wind ... then backward curve to elbow and the last 50 meters of asphalt already made at the outset. The speaker does my name followed by Spiritotrail and I think my mom this is a whole other world. Then comes

R oby , who ran with power and crossed the finish line smiling and happy (at last).

A race, experience, emotions to be lived!

Davina Mccall Mother Dies Change Hair Advert

marathon ... and then I take a break ;-)

the Ultra Trail Lavaredo (LUT) usually falls in the middle two weeks of the mountain every year I see coinvolto con la famiglia.
but that's enough, stop. I need a break. overlaps too much, too much overlap between races, children, jobs, casinos, reviewed and ... all the things swirling around.
just for a moment, stop. GTV
nothing, no calls, no commitments for the next day. I do not have to weigh the race: I run because I like it!

Can An Employer Require Diagnosis?

GRPTv 2009 - Great raid Pre Treviso - Segusino Vittorio Veneto 72km

we are just at the start, less than two hundred and pleasant to start without waiting for the nightmare to gain or maintain a position, with no one pushing you, wandering here and there to chat with everyone I know.
missing a few minutes and I side in the front row, center, between cesconetto , Lavarda , Geronazzo and Caverzan .
waiting for someone 6 dell' organizzazione che parla e forse, se non ho capito male, passa anche la parola all'assessore, donna, fors 'anche vicesindaco, di segusino; non so, davvero non ho ascoltato ero intento a pensare a tutt 'altro.
ore 6.00, pronti? via, si parte!

(continua...)
un breve stop e poi via a recuperare, leaving the legs to run on the beautiful coast path to barbarism , detachment from those before me. a couple of miles and I've got a shot, and the subsequent refreshment hut Mariech , join him and we share together.
exchange a few words, he is imola and will also LUT . in a moment we are laying puner where I start to breathe "air in the home."
know well that stretch of woods and the road to follow: I let go of his legs yet and shortly after I perceive to be alone in third place, gulp! (The first 2 fabio Caverzan and ivan Geronazzo I had seen them leave after the first km).
hut mont, a look at the top of the mountain crep and the range of faith, those who remember, the road bends slightly and begins to drop and give me a bit 'bored the bladder.
with wandering thoughts and looking for the stimulus fare pipì evidentemente rallento e poco dopo, si inizia a scendere verso praderadego con un sentiero un bel po' accidentato, e mi raggiungono in due, il concorrente di imola , giuseppe , e uno trevigiano, denis , che una volta raggiuntomi mi passa sorridendo e invitandomi a mollare il freno a mano. allora io faccio il contrario, mi fermo proprio, frugo tra le mutande e.... pssssssssssss . ok, adesso si può ripartire. al la volta Col de moi .

(more. ..)
ridge on which I feel the first cramp.
oibò , we are not even half!
but we do not do heavy weight and constant calm, so that the summit comes at a moment, and so the steep descent to the fork Foran . and it is the turn of the last stretch of dense forest along the northern side. but already it is no longer fresh. I do not even have time to see the bivouac dark valleys (referred to cherish the memory of a night spent with a log that did not let us sleep ...) I see darting in front of some runners. after an initial moment of disorientation do 2 +2 and I understand to be competitors of the "trail " that is the route of 46 km. "Permessooo and pitch, even as we pass again into three. Then a guide shows us the way and warns us that here is a bit 'ugly. I will not repeat the comments we made, even when denis flew stumbled over a root.
but morale is good and it goes on, people along the way are numerous and encourages us with affection.
moment and we are at St. boldo where denis begins to give very strong pace. Fortunately after a few meters of the climb is paved refreshment, where there clear that beautiful smile welcomes us and helps us with the bottles.
you again. denis front of a train as well and I struggling to keep pace with giuseppe . but I do not despair and go on with my measured steps. and so after a while 'Resume giuseppe , before finally losing it, and so it was with denis .
from the cisa in poi inizia il vero utratrail .

una curva, a meadow, people, I say "by the strength that you are fourth. sad smile and ask "is over the hill?" "Yes, come on, almost ..." "To which I reply nervously: then it's over, or is there still" series: I want the truth, only truth! Then I explain that I still have 200 meters uphill and then it's done.
go ahead and try to run the slight slope, but it's hard and it seems endless. try santa tasted with the eyes, but can not find it, I see savassa down in the valley and it takes me a bit 'of depression.
then there's a guy that I am a photographer and ask him "what's missing?", "A mile" he says, takes away la macchina dal viso e vedo che è stefano cimbro , al che capisco anche che mi sta mentendo. tengo duro. ancora gente sul percorso ad incitarmi, ecco un gruppetto che mi indica la strada che piega in giù. "siamo a santa gusta?"

U VV TA-BDG Part II of the report

nomi dei partecipanti:
Mario Marin (organizzatore e capogita)
Moreno Piccin
Roberto Scandiuzzo

ad accompagnarci fino a sella Fadalto:
Alberto
e fino Pian de le Femene: Sonia and Antonio (by the way Sonia
He made just that day 40 years).

along the way we were cared for by two guardian angels:
Mariano and Hugh, who carried a big car in our parts and our supplies of food.

how it went: 8:45 am
one hand, a few minutes to trace the course and cross the square that we start to climb the steps and turns of St. Augusta, then from there with a few steep, but the same amount of rest , to the base of Pizzoc, all'Agnellezza and then with the last not quite painless effort to saddle Pizzoc, with a wind chill that has frozen in a flash on the sweaty jerseys.
fatti i primi +1400.
I do not remember if it were 17 or even later.
us refreshed yet (we have not hungry, but we know that we still have an easy stretch in front and then it's okay to replenish and stock up. The descent of the Passo San Boldo is beautiful, already known to those who participated in the foothills of the great raid last year, with the difference that here, now, there is a thread of mist, even the air is clean and stand down below the hills from Vittorio Veneto along our mountain to Valdobbiadene, the Prosecco area but also the various hamlets and lakes Revine.
pitch San Boldo the sky turns dark, it begins to brown.
e si va in salita. per comoda stradina, poi per sentiero nel bosco. si sbuca in alto in un sentiero un po’ esposto, ma emozionante, con tutte quelle lucine là sotto. poi facciamo un tratto sul versante nord, Vallon Scuro, e risbuchiamo sul crinale alla forcella Foran, da qui on steep ridge to the summit of the Col de Moi. are 22, there is no wind, under the lights of civilization, the eternal high in the firmament. cross the metal tower illuminated by the front, Gabriel, who signed the summit book for everyone. then turn off the lights and admire the stars.
you depart for Praderadego, downhill and back uphill, pretty hard to Canidae, and then a dull and endless stretch up to the fork of the Faith, Mount Crep. We have a little 'pods, already on the rise and then this long ups and downs. we stopped in the Hills, closed to expect. Arriva Roby, sad, and says that he's going to stop, give up. The following km we spend to make him change his mind, but it is not true it most.
entered the shelter in the night moves in slow motion and is pale. gets all decked by the fire to warm up. we too have suffered from the cold of the night. the operator stayed awake waiting for a chat and bring us a hot tea, apple strudel with whipped cream and then why not a beer.
Meanwhile Hugh and Marian, who slept in the room, stood up to come and greet, more angels. Roby
a hug, and we are again at a good pace, up to and Mount Cimone Grava. from here we should go straight to Mariech hut, but the frozen snow and steep slopes on the ridge and move us from here, as Mario continues to repeat itself, "a series of chain assessments approximate, "they made us take a small road in the first downhill, then down a steep forest, then slip without a real reason in a treacherous gully branches plagued by piles of rocks and deep snow to the waist, until we We faced the road blocked by a rock wall. ascent was tiring, not because of the difference, not so much snow, but because it was already clear that the goal was faded. and after a long pilgrimage along new roads and tracks, sometimes with a renewed glimmer of hope, here we are, now the morning light, to retrace our steps and regain the night before, like in a movie Tarkowskij, the refuge of Posa Puner.
not we can do is have breakfast and call our angels, already in the street to visit us on Toomba to lead us down with their cars.
sad sad We go close in the car that leads us to Segusino, home Vanio that awaited us at the dawn with coffee, pastries and a few bowls of wine.
to extract all the food that we have not eaten and we feast.
despite everything we are calm, a bit 'of bitter taste in my mouth remains, but the experience was so beautiful and exciting that makes us say it now: when will we come together to complete it?
